Music

Music is back at the cemetery!

The cemetery offers two series of musical events, one exploiting the remarkable acoustics of the mausoleum and the other taking advantage of the open space near the top of the grounds.

Music To Die For concerts are presented on the second Sunday of the month, June through October, starting at 2:00 p.m. They are held in Hope Abbey and last about an hour. The mausoleum will remain open until 4:00 p.m, and audience members are welcome to remain and explore until then. The outdoor concerts, called Music on the Square, are held in the Public Square at the top of the hill. These concerts begin at 6 p.m.

As always, these concerts are free. Donations are welcomed and are used for cemetery maintenance. NOTE: Because there is no parking on the cemetery grounds, please park on city streets.
