Dr. Kordesch grew up in Ohio, in a suburb of Cleveland. She completed both her undergraduate biology degree and graduate medical degree at the University of Cincinnati. She completed her residency training at Oakland Children’s Hospital in Oakland, California. She is married to Dr. David Fryefield and together they have three adult daughters.
