Alex joined the board in 2013 because she dearly loved the cemetery and Hope Abbey. She and her husband have family residing in this beautiful place and plan to move in next door to them in the (far) future.
Alex served on arts-related boards in the past, including Lane Arts Council and Jacobs Gallery. She is a retired office manager from a local architectural firm. Since becoming a board member, she has chaired the annual Memorial Day Weekend event since 2014 and has served on and chaired many committees. She is currently the EMCA Archivist.
